Due to the nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review item dimensions, our monogram and color charts, and ask any questions prior to ordering items to ensure satisfaction with your purchase.

Damaged Items

Should your items arrive damaged or incorrectly personalized, please email us at info@preppyjones within 14 days of the package's arrival and we will issue a replacement or refund.
