Returns & Exchanges

Personalized Items: Due to the nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please reviews item dimensions, our monogram and color charts, and ask any questions prior to ordering items to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. 

Non-Personalized Items: In the event an order does not work out, you may ship it back to us within 30 days. Items received within 14 days of the original delivery date will receive a refund or store credit for exchange. If the item is received 15-30 days from the original delivery date, a store credit will be issued. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items with detached tags, stains, odors, hairs, etc.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Damaged Items

Should your items arrive damaged or incorrectly personalized, please email us at info@preppyjones within 14 days of the package's arrival. At our discretion we will replace or refund the damaged or incorrect merchandise and assume shipping costs.

Please note we are unable to refund, exchange, or replace ordered items if not contacted within 14 days of your order arriving.


Due to fluctuating production times, we cannot guarantee an order or items can be cancelled once the order is placed. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please email us as soon as possible.
