Returns Policy

Due to the nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review all item dimensions, our monogram and color charts, and ask any questions prior to ordering to ensure you're happy with your order.

Damaged Items

If your Preppy Jones order is damaged from shipping or may have an error, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Depending on the damage, we will either replace or refund the damaged or incorrect items. Please share photos of the damage and/or the item to help expedite the process.

Please note that in some cases, minor printing variations may occur that do not affect the usability of Preppy Jones items and are not considered damaged.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed. If you made a mistake on your order please email us at teampj@preppyjones.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it hits production.
