Orders
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay. Please note we can only accept one form of payment per order.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed. If you made a mistake on your order please email us at teampj@preppyjones.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it hits production.
You can view your order status on your account page, which will update after your payment is processed, and again after your order ships.
If you're placing a large order with the same items, you can change the quantity in the cart and send the color and name/monogram information in the notes area. If you're placing an extra large order (like for weddings or corporate gifts) email us at teampj@preppyjones and we'll be happy to help you.
Shipping
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Our apologies, we don't currently offer expedited shipping.
We typically ship USPS or UPS. Some of our items ship DHL and are then handed off to USPS when they get closer to the address.
Once your order has been placed we can't make any changes to the shipping address.
A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. If you're shipping items to multiple people, please place a separate order for each address.
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Your order may be split into more than one shipment, depending on the items you ordered.
We ship from production facilities in Alabama, North Carolina, and New York.

Sometimes the carrier takes a few business days to update the shipment status. If you haven't seen any updates in over a week, please get in touch with us at teampj@preppyjones.com and we will look into it.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't locate it:
If you're still unable to locate your package, contact the carrier to inquire about the delivery details and report the issue. If the package is still missing, contact us at teampj@preppyjones.com and we'll look into it.
Returns
Due to the nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review item dimensions, our monogram and color charts, and ask any questions prior to ordering items to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us at teampj@preppyjones.com and we'll make it right.
Monogramming and Personalization
Personalization is free on all Preppy Jones products.
Sure! We're happy to include your logo on any of our stationery products. Please email us a large resolution file with a transparent background to teampj@preppyjones.com. We will send you proofs for review and approval.
Sure! We are happy to color match any logo, if you'd like to reference it in your order or email it us at teampj@preppyjones.com.
We ask that you list your monogram in the order that it will be printed (we will print in the exact order it is given and will not rearrange the initials).
We like to think about the end use of the item and the style of the person that will be using it. Check out our Monogram Guide for some ideas and inspiration.
The placement of the monogram will be shown in the item pictures. If you'd like a different placement or size, please include detailed instructions on your order.
The standard number of characters will be shown on each item. If you'd like to have a longer character count, please write it in the order notes or get in touch with us.
Gifting
We apologize, we're not currently able to include gift messages with our orders.
We do not currently have gift cards.
Other Questions
Your order may be split into more than one shipment, depending on the items you ordered. Some of our items go through production faster than others, so you might have tracking numbers for some shipments ahead of other items.
The most common reason we have to cancel orders are when they are missing color and personalization info. We try reaching out several times, but if we don't get a response we're unable to make the order and ship it on time so we have to cancel it. Please be sure to include all personalization notes and respond to any emails about your order, including proof review and approval.
To speed up our production process we do not send order proofs. If you're unsure about a color combination or monogram style, please contact us prior to placing your order or make a note in your order. If a proof is requested we will not make an order until is has been approved. Please note, proof review and approval takes time and will delay your order going into production.
We do not currently sell through retailers.
