How many letters or numbers can I order?
The standard number of characters will be shown on each item. If you'd like to have a longer character count, please write it in the order notes or get in touch with us.
Can personalized items be returned?
Personalized items are custom-made and cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us and we'll make it right.
